Our story

Built because most Amazon advice optimizes for revenue, not profit.

Nexa was founded by operators tired of watching ambitious Amazon brands burn budget on tactics that didn't compound. Too many engagements rewarded ad spend over ad efficiency, growth over governance, and noise over numbers.

We started Nexa to do the opposite: small senior team, profit-anchored systems, and weekly cadence with the founder in the room. Every engagement starts with the same question — where is this brand actually losing margin, and what would it take to fix it for good?
